Cow white cheese

Cow white brine cheese in brine has been an integral part of the traditional diet in these regions for centuries. It is made of pasteurized grass-fed cow milk with addition of salt, starter culture and curds. The cheese, from its production (that is maturation) until its sales, is kept in brine, which actually gives its name – white brine cheese.
