Sheep white cheese has a distinguishable smell, taste and consistency. This grass-fed cheese is also made to a traditional Macedonian recipe, and due to its tactile and nutritional value, it has become staple food in the traditional Macedonian fare. You can abundantly use it as salad dressing, main dish and as an ingredient in special savory recipes.
